Wall touch-ups cover minor aesthetic wear: small nail holes, furniture scuffs, and door-knob dings.
Excludes major drywall repair, water damage staining, or full wall repaints.
Touch-up paint must be left on-site by the owner or manager. Without matching paint provided, wall work is limited to patching and sanding.
Standard bulb replacements beyond the tier allowance are provided at a flat rate of $8 per extra bulb (includes material and instant installation).Specialty bulbs or fixtures may carry an additional material cost.

Minimum Rush Fee: $199. Rush service availability is subject to property condition, scope of work, travel requirements, material availability, and scheduling capacity.
Rush service may not be available for properties requiring extensive debris removal, severe buildup remediation, hoarding cleanup, biohazard conditions, large-scale vendor coordination, or specialty project work.
Vendor coordination, third-party services, specialty projects, and multi-vendor turnovers are quoted separately and may require additional scheduling time.
All residential clients begin with an Initial Reset to establish our standard, with continued service offered through a limited membership within the Clean Era Luxe Club. Membership is designed for clients who want a consistently maintained home through a more refined, structured, uninterrupted service experience. Availability is intentionally limited to preserve quality and consistency.

Pricing Structure
Because each home and Luxe Club membership is unique, residential services are custom quoted to reflect the time, detail and level of service required. Membership pricing is refined over time based on property size, condition and service frequency. All services are confirmed in advance to ensure alignment on scope and expectations.

All pricing assumes standard access to the property and active utilities at the time of service.
Properties presenting excessive debris, heavy buildup, post-construction dust, nicotine residue, hoarding conditions, biohazards, or specialty restoration needs will be assessed and quoted separately.

Projects outside our standard service zones are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Travel considerations may apply based on distance, timing, and project scope.
